THE PROCEDURE OF POSTING ADVERTS FOR SEAFARERS – 3 simple steps

1. ENTERING NEW ADVERT:

Clicking on „NEW ADVERT ENTRY“ in right column opens a form to prepare the title and content of all adverts you wish to post for seafarers. The adverts are stored in your advert database and you can post them several times as needed.
Clicking on „VIEW AND EDIT ADVERT“ opens up a selection of all your stored adverts, which you can edit, copy or delete.

2. ACTIVATING THE ADVERTISING SPACE:

Clicking on „SERVICE ACTIVATION“ in right column you choose the services that you wish to use. Services CV search and Visibility in company profile database is left blank as long as you are not interested in it, or if already active. Click the arrow Next for next step.
At the advertising service, first choose the wanted time period of your adverts and then you give a title to your group of adverts (which makes it easier for you to orientate). Further, enter the total number of adverts, and specify how many of them will be featured on the homepage or within the category (categories are: deck, engine, safety, cruise staff and shore).
Clicking on the arrow Next presents the total price of the chosen services and ways of payment. (Free during the promotion period)
After selecting Free Period and clicking on “PAY“ you have leased the number and position of adverts.

3. PUBLISHING ADVERTS:

Clicking on „PUBLISH ADVERTS“ in right column opens your leased group of adverts. Simply choose your saved adverts from the database and determine their position for each.
Clicking on „PUBLISH“ all adverts are simultaneously published on the web pages and are available to seafarers.

ADVANTAGE: This step enables you to, for the leased time duration, change posted adverts. E.g. If one job advert is no longer necessary, you can erase it from the list of currently posted adverts and chose some other advert that is ready and stored in your database of adverts.

ACCESSING SEAFARERS' RESUMES - 2 very simple steps:

1. Clicking on “SERVICE ACTIVATION” in the top right column opens up the selection of services. The Search CV tool is first on the list and all you have to do is to choose the time period of access to the database (during the free period of the web page, a time period of one month is offered).

2. Clicking on the arrows Next you go through other services, which you leave empty as long as you don't want to activate them or if already active. Selecting Free Period and clicking on “PAY” (free of charge) your service is activated and you can immediately start searching through the resumes.

PRESENTING IN THE COMPANY PROFILE DATABASE - 3 very simple steps:

1. During registration, or after the registration clicking on “MY PROFILE” in top right column opens up the form for entering company details. In this form you can put the logo of your company and write (copy from your computer) the text with which you want to present your company. After you entered all wanted text and company logo proceed with next step.

2. Clicking on “SERVICE ACTIVATION” in top right column opens up the selection of services. Second from the top is the Visibility in the company profile database in which you just have to choose the time period for which your company will be presented (during the free period of the web page, a time period of 6 months is offered).

3. Clicking on the arrows Next you go through the other services, which you leave empty as long as you don't want to activate them or if already active. Selecting Free period and clicking on “PAY” (free of charge) your company is immediately presented to the seafarers.

In addition: if you already have prepared advertising material of your company in a PDF file (Acrobat reader) or Word format, send this document to us by email and it will be our pleasure to post it next to your profile.

PUBLISHING YOUR NEWS:

If you wish to publish all sorts of news/notifications concerning your company to seafarers, all you need to do is email us the articles and we will publish them in the section “News” for you. Texts can be in English and/or Croatian language. This service is free of charge.

ADVERTISING WITH BANNERS:

If you wish that your company's banner/logo is constantly visible on all pages to all our visitors and linked to your company's web site, it is enough to email us your banner/logo and we will post it for you.
